About Andie
I believe there is something radical about slowing down enough to listen.
To the body. To the breath. To the world around us. To the wisdom we carry within us.
In a culture that asks us to move faster, do more, and constantly look outside ourselves for what's next, choosing to pause with softness and curiosity takes courage. It invites us back into connection—with our bodies, our intuition, our surroundings, and our lives—one breath at a time.
I honor the time-tested teachings and lineages that inform the yoga practice while teaching in a way that is grounded, accessible, and joyful. I am interested in what is real—what can be felt, practiced, and integrated into daily life. What I share is what I am actively exploring and integrating myself.
My classes balance movement and stillness, steadiness and softness, noise and silence. I invite students to listen closely—to sensation, to breath, to the quiet intelligence of the body—and to build strength and discernment from the inside out. Rather than reaching for something abstract, we work with what is here.
Yoga is one of the foundations of my work, but my curiosity doesn't stop there. I love bringing different practices, ideas, and people together and finding the threads that connect them. Depending on the people and the intention, an experience might weave together movement, breathwork, meditation, sound, reflection, yogic philosophy, nature, or play. I enjoy figuring out how those pieces can come together in a way that feels cohesive, meaningful, and true to the moment.
I'm a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I completed my 200-hour training in 2022 and my 300-hour training in 2025 through Radiant Life Yoga, along with Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. I continue to deepen my practice through community, travel, and ongoing study.
